Putu Ayu in a Jar

Do you think this is a unique cake from the title above? So, do I. Have you ever heard about "Putu Ayu" or you often eat this cake? Yes, Putu Ayu is a traditional cake from Indonesia which is originally taste in pandan flavor and grated coconut on top. Below I show you the familiar shape of this cake in Indonesia.

There is no color added, the green color is naturally from pandan. The grated coconut makes the cake even more tasty. But, what do you think about eating this cake in a jar.. Yess, this is a new and modern way of eating traditional cake.

With additional buttercream will make the taste more complete and absolutely delicious. There is two different flavor I made in this Mid August, original and oreo flavor.. Hummm,, Yummy..

Below is the oreo flavor. You will taste all in one in one jar. You can find tasty flavor from the cake, creamy feeling from the buttercream, and the sweet flavor from the oreo. 

Come and taste this first traditional cake in jar in the town.

This is my first post in August and I also want to greet everybody "happy work" because this is the first day for all of us especially in Indonesia to start our daily activities after long break for Eid Mubarak holiday. Hope you totally get back your energy to do your normal activities again.. hohoohoho
