Doggie Nastar Cookies

Finally I can join another challenge from Indonesian FoodBlogger although I submitted this recipe on the last day >.<

For most of Indonesian people, Pineapple Cookies/"Nastar" is a must during some special events such us Eid Mubarak, Christmast, or as an afternoon snack. But, Have you ever been bored with the classic shape from Nastar so far?hehehe. Round shape is a common shape for making nastar, but how if we add some cococrunch, chocochip, and chocolate rice? And taadaa, it became even cuter that the round shape. 

Don't you see how cute the cookies were. What made this cookies even more special? Yeah, I don't use pineapple jam as the filling, but I used mug bean pasta instead. Try it, you will love eat. You can use any pasta you love and recently there are a lot different pasta sold at store, so you don't have to make it.

Recipe:

Ingredients: 

1. 160gr butter 

2. 70gr icing sugar

3. 2 egg yolk

4. 270 gr all purpose flour

5. Mug bean pasta (ready to use)

6. Cococrunch 

7. Chocochips

8. Chocolate rice

Method: 

1. Mix butter and icing sugar (don't overmix)

2. Put the egg yolks to the batter

3. Add the flour

4. Decorate as you want

5. Bake for 25 minutes at 120 Degree
